By ordering or using an OMC Cloud server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not order or use the service.
2. Description of Service
OMC Cloud provides single-tenant dedicated servers, storage servers, and highgrade servers. Specifications, pricing, and availability for each configuration are shown on the relevant product page at the time of order.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs on your server. Notify support@omccloud.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
Use of OMC Cloud servers is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of service.
5. Payment & Billing
Prices shown in the catalog are in US Dollars. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order. Contact sales@omccloud.com with billing questions.
6. Service Availability
Specific network availability commitments, if any, are described in the Service Level Agreement. This page makes no independent uptime or performance guarantee.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMC Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate service in accordance with the terms confirmed at the time of order. OMC Cloud may suspend or terminate service for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
