1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are prohibited on OMC Cloud servers, in addition to the Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use an OMC Cloud server to: distribute illegal content; distribute malware, botnets, or launch attacks (including DDoS attacks) against other systems; send unsolicited bulk email (spam); infringe on intellectual property rights; or engage in activity that degrades network stability for other users.
3. Network & Resource Use
While each server is single-tenant hardware, all servers share the underlying network described on the Network page. Activity that disrupts that shared network is prohibited.
4. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in a warning, suspension, or termination of service, at OMC Cloud's discretion, depending on severity.
5. Reporting Abuse
To report suspected abuse originating from an OMC Cloud server, email support@omccloud.com with relevant details (timestamps, IP addresses, logs).
